La Birria Loca

Birria is our specialty! Birria is a Mexican dish from the Central region of Mexico in which meat is simmered in a broth with some spices (but it’s not hot in flavor). Traditionally consumed as a stew, which we have, but be sure to try our Quesatacos, Birria Ramen, and other creative ways that we use Birria. We also have rotating specials as well as steak, chicken, chorizo. Be on the lookout for our ever-changing menu!
